How to Book?
Follow the self-sign-up link and complete all the details on the form.
- Once you have signed up, you will receive an automated email from Itensity with your login details and instructions on how to download the mobile app.
- Please check your spam folder should you not receive your email.
Download the Itensity app.

- Go to your Google Play or App Store and download the ITENSITY APP.
- Once the app is installed, open the app and load “The Cirk” as your facility.
- Log in with your username (ID number) and password. This will be provided to you in your welcome email.
- Please note that you will not be able to log in until a team member has verified your account. This may take 1-2 days.
Book your classes on the app.
- Once you are logged into your account, click on the menu on the top left-hand corner.
- Go to the ‘Bookings’ tab.
- Choose the date on the calendar, choose your class, and click on a space to book.
- Bookings close 1 hour prior to the start of the class.
Come to class.
- If you are coming to the Cirk for the first time please arrive 15 min early to sign an indemnity form. Students will not be allowed to join unless a form has been signed.
- For aerial classes make sure to wear tight-fitting clothing that covers that midriff and back of your knees. For pole fitness classes please wear shorts, and do not apply moisturizing lotion on your body the day of class.
