You don’t need to have any previous experience to join and we cater for all levels from the age of 6+

These classes are focused on building strength in the muscles and increasing flexibility in all areas of the body, including legs, hips, back and shoulders. Students will learn various active and static techniques to enhance their flexibility.

Handstand classes are designed to show you how to perform a handstand, “step-by-step”. Students will develop progressive body control and strength through basic alignment exercises, body tension, and flexible shoulder exercises.
Whether with your kids or your partner, partner acro is fun and interactive, while keeping you fit and flexible.
This fun class is great way to get the kids away from the TV or computer, with fun active exercises, stretch and active-play to keep them fit and give them a smile.
If you have a pole at home, this one is for you. Classes focus on techniques, movements and poses on the pole, with instructors not only demonstrating the moves, but watching participants through the live Zoom video to correct and guide them.
A more sensual approach to pole, Exotic Pole will also require you to have a pole, and is less strict on technique and more focused on dance flow and flexibility.
A class offered with CIRK partner La Rouge Burlesque Dance & Fitness, Burlesque is a sexy and sensual form of fitness for the ladies, with beautiful routines giving a full-body workout, while making you feel as gorgeous as you are.
